Stove Top Macaroni and Cheese

Apologies, I forgot to take a photo of my Mac & Cheese creation. The recipe below is very easy and can be done in 10 – 15 minutes, promise!

Ingredients:

250 g elbow macaroni

1 can of luncheon meat/canned meat loaf (you only need half)

1/2 stick of butter

1/4 cup of flour

Cheese (whatever type of cheese you prefer)

1 pouch of cheese spread

1 cup of milk

salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to the instructions in the packaging
  2. On another pan cook cubed canned meat (slice ’em up in tiny cubes)
  3. Melt butter and mix flour
  4. Add milk and cheese spread
  5. Add grated cheese of choice
  6. Add cooked canned meat
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Add cooked macaroni and mix!
